The unique mix of blues, folk, country and jazz, termed ‘skiffle’, was the single music revolution that influenced all music artistes of the 50s and 60s. Sir Paul McCartney and Van Morrison have often reported the lasting influence that skiffle had on their careers. Now the music that inspired a generation is back on tour - only this time it has a fresh sound.

One might be forgiven if mistaking Paul Leegan as being one of Lonnie Donegan's close relatives; such are the similarities. Donegan himself remarked upon it during a firm friendship where ‘The King of Skiffle’ himself give Leegan his full endorsement to carry on the skiffle legacy. Paul and his Legends have been spreading the word ever since and are continuing to tour following their energetic concerts across the UK and Europe.

'Putting On The Style’ is an exciting show celebrating the great country and blues artistes such as Lonnie Donegan, Leadbelly, Pete Seeger, Jimmy Rogers and Woody Guthrie whose songs make up the 36 chart topping entries from the great skiffle period. Just some of the songs guaranteed for inclusion are: Rock Island Line, Lost John, Have A Drink On Me, Midnight Special, Jack O'Diamonds and Putting On The Style.
